We are a specialized production company dedicated to capturing the beauty of the underwater world and sharing it with global audiences. Owned and managed by a team of passionate imaging specialists, we combine technical expertise with a deep love for the ocean.
Our Story
Our founder transitioned from a legal career to pursue a dream of living a life connected with the sea, spending over a decade based in the remote and pristine islands of the Azores. He holds the distinction of being the first wildlife photographer from his country to be awarded in some of the world’s major nature photography competitions. An accomplished author, he has written several books and published dozens of articles in prestigious national and international magazines.
Our Mission & Innovation
Driven by a desire to create marine awareness about unique sea life, we established the country’s first production company specialized exclusively in underwater imagery. We pride ourselves on being at the forefront of technology. In a significant milestone for the industry, we invested in the country’s first Ultra High Definition Digital Cinema 5K camera system housed in professional deep-sea equipment, setting a new standard for underwater filming quality.
Global Recognition
Our team works both under and over water, serving as producers, directors of photography, and cameramen for several major national and international television networks. Our founder has served as a main cinematographer for acclaimed episodes of globally renowned nature documentary series, filming in diverse locations ranging from the Azores to Norway. This dedication to excellence has earned our team prestigious industry recognition, including a BAFTA award and an Emmy nomination.
